As soon as exams start approaching, students get very restless and stressed out. They undergo a lot of nervousness associated with the preparation they need to do. CBSE board exams are one of the most important exams for students of class 10th and 12th. Given the vastness of the course, the preparation needs to be up to the mark and well in advance. If done in a well-organized manner, your preparation can make you come out with flying colors.
Refer to the below point we are putting forth to help you with your preparation.
a) Time Table Holds the Key
Proper utilization of time is essential when preparing for any examination, not just CBSE boards. CBSE syllabus for class 12 is very vast and so is for class 10th. You need to see how you can the 24 hours you have in a day into your daily chores. And the major part has to be dedicated to your studies. Prepare strict time table and follow it very rigorously. Set it up as in a way that does not let you cheat on it. While scheduling your study time, be sure of which time will suit you the best for studying JEE main rank predictor. Otherwise you will not be able to maintain full concentration and that will result in wastage of time. Keep an hour or two as your leisure time when you can relax your mind and body. This will keep you fresh and energetic all day long.
b) Balancing out the subjects
Decide in advance the time you are going to devote to each subject. Certain subjects you can grasp easily while in case some you take ample time to understand. Keep more amount of time for the subjects you are weak in. Finish up with the syllabus of your favorite or easy subjects first. As you do not take much time for these, you will be able to save a lot of time for the tougher ones. Devote the remaining time to them. Subjects like mathematics or physics might not be your forte and on the other hand you might be excellent in English and Chemistry. In such a case balance out the course in a way that lets you do justice to all the subjects.
c) Keeping up with great health
Students tend to over burden themselves with work and with too much into the head at once, they suffer from stress and anxiety. This in turn poses a negative impact on their health. Make sure you do not keep yourself stressed out and end up deteriorating your health just before your exams. Eat healthy and take good sleep. These two factors are very important to maintain good health. Keep taking short breaks between your study time to give rest to your brain. Stay calm and don’t panic. Remember, you can excel in your preparation only with a healthy mind and body.
d) Early morning vs late night reading
Many students tend to stay up late at night and study. They stay wake till 4 or 5 in the morning and then the whole day feel sleepy and struggle to drag themselves out of it. It is always a better choice to get up early in the morning and study. Sleeping early and waking up early makes you more productive as you wake up fresh from a good night sleep. You can focus better in the morning than at night. You carry with you the tiredness of the whole day at night and start feeling sleepy after a while. In that state you can give only half of your concentration to your study material. Schedule your studies in the morning to procure better results out of your preparation.
Just have confidence in yourself, and you will pass with great success.
